RETURN POLICY
Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days. A return authorization number will be assigned, providing the product or products to be returned are in resalable condition. Product returned without a return authorization number or past the 30 day deadline will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
- Returns must be in new condition in original manufacturer's packaging including all product information. Health Codes will not allow any employee to handle soiled items.
- Any items returned that do not meet these specifications will be discarded at no credit.
According to federal laws, once a prescription order has been filled, it is non-returnable.
Vaccines and special order items are non-returnable.
