VACCINE POLICY
Vaccines are shipped in a styrofoam cooler with ice packs on Mondays and Tuesdays only unless overnight delivery is requested.
We strongly recommend that you choose 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air for all vaccines. Vaccines not shipped in this manner are nonreturnable, nonrefundable.

RETURN POLICY
Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days. A return authorization number will be assigned, providing the product or products to be returned are in resalable condition. Product returned without a return authorization number or past the 30 day deadline will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. According to federal laws, once a prescription order has been filled, it is non-returnable.
